You must not share your username or password with any third party. phiwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). phiwin may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your phiwin account at any time by contacting customer support. phiwin may close or suspend your account at its discretion, including where there is suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirement.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phiwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. phiwin does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the phiwin platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phiwin is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
4.3 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the phiwin cashier page and are subject to change. phiwin reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. phiwin processes withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any required verification procedures. phiwin is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. phiwin complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. phiwin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
5.1 phiwin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, which are displayed at the time of each offer.
5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

5.4 phiwin reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using prohibited software, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations.
6.1 All games available on the phiwin platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 All random number generator (RNG)-based games on phiwin use independently certified RNG technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published and accessible within each game's information panel.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game, phiwin will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. phiwin reserves the right to void bets placed during a technical malfunction where the integrity of the game cannot be confirmed.

10.3 phiwin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the phiwin platform at your own risk.
